Social Innovation Forum 2026

Last week, on 7-8 October, the Social Innovation Forum 2026 took place in Brussels. Under the theme ‘Building a Common Voice for Social Innovation’, the Forum explored how impact, evidence and success stories can inspire shared action.

SEED2SCALE consortium partners joined ESF+ managing authorities, ministries, experts and project operators from across Europe for two days of exchange on impact, funding and scaling social innovation.

Discussions focused on how measuring results can show what social innovation achieves and how sharing these findings clearly can help build support, inform policy and guide funding decisions.

Another focus was the importance of working together across sectors and the role of the European Competence Centre for Social Innovation in bringing together evidence and stories to help more people learn about and support solutions that work.

The Forum showcased 12 social innovation projects from 8 EU Member States, and we were proud to see three initiatives from SEED2SCALE countries among them, sharing their work and experiences with participants from across Europe.

Over two days, the Forum showed how collaboration and sharing what works can help social innovation reach more people and improve policies across Europe.
