On 14 October, the Social Innovation Festival 2026, dedicated to the social economy and social innovation, will take place at Center Rog in Ljubljana.
The festival brings together social innovators, social enterprises and cooperatives, impact-driven startups and companies, NGOs, public authorities, researchers and investors to connect and share ideas.
Keynote speaker Mika Pyykkö from Finland will share perspectives from his work in research, development and innovation, social impact investing, and systems leadership in health and wellbeing.
The programme also includes showcases of social innovation initiatives, panel discussions, presentations on funding mechanisms and networking opportunities to support social innovation in Europe.

The festival is organised by the Slovenian Competence Center for Social Innovation (SCCSI) and co-funded by the European Union through the Social Innovation+ Initiative.
