D7.1 Stakeholders mapping and workplan/guidelines on EaSI National Contact Points’ role and engagement

The report presents the active engagement of the social innovation stakeholders at national, regional and local level.

Stakeholders’ mapping is considered a very important tool both for shaping the framework for the operation and development of NCCs and for national policies which aim to promote and support social Innovation. Timely mapping helps in communication, development of partnerships, identification and utilization of potential “actors”, as well as the activation of those whose role is deemed critical in the entire process of the operation of the NCC.

Stakeholder mapping is the beginning of an effective communication plan between the project team and the project stakeholders.
