The European Industry 5.0 Summit, a leading European event dedicated to understanding and developing a new industrial era that integrates advanced technologies with societal value, was held in Ljubljana.
The summit brought together top experts in the fields of humanoid robotics, artificial intelligence, blockchain, virtual worlds, and European data infrastructure to jointly define Europe’s path toward Industry 5.0 – a sustainable, resilient, and human-centered industrial future.
SEED2SCALE on the Panel on Social Innovation
Prof. Kosjenka Dumančić, project lead of SEED2SCALE at the Faculty of Economics and Business, participated in a panel dedicated to the role of social innovation in the transition toward Industry 5.0, the challenges of digital and green transformation, and the importance of strengthening cooperation between the public sector, the business sector, and civil society.
Special emphasis was placed on cross-border synergies between Croatia and Slovenia as a foundation for accelerating the development of innovative and inclusive industrial solutions.
