In this Social Innovation Spotlight episode, we present Svilena Sinergija, a social activation programme from Slovenia that supports long-term unemployed and socially excluded people through hands-on training in sustainable silk production, combined with personal development and tailored support.
The project brings together practical work, mentorship and psychosocial support, while building skills that matter in today’s job market.
