Meet the most-voted projects:

  • Young People Who Do Not Give Up is an initiative developed in Turin, Italy. Through podcasting, photography, music production, storytelling and multimedia creation, young people from diverse backgrounds, including migrants, asylum seekers and NEETs, become creators of positive narratives about their communities. In doing so, they develop digital and communication skills while strengthening social cohesion and active citizenship.
  • Work Aid Kit – Neurodiversity Inclusion for the Workplace (Romania) promotes more inclusive working environments by providing practical tools that help employers and employees better understand and support neurodiversity. Its approach demonstrates how relatively simple interventions can unlock talent, improve workplace inclusion and create opportunities for individuals whose strengths are often overlooked.
  • Providing Integrated Services in Rural Communities – Facilitating Access of Vulnerable Persons to Efficient and Quality Basic Services (Romania) addresses the difficulties many rural residents face when trying to access essential support. By bringing services together around the needs of vulnerable individuals, the initiative improves accessibility, coordination and quality of care while strengthening social inclusion in underserved communities.
