Join us on 15 May from 10:30 to 11:30 CET for the third cross-consortia learning exchange. In this session, we will explore how NCCs have identified relevant stakeholders and planned collaboration between them. Through the presented studies from SEED2SCALE (Slovenian NCC) and SI PLUS (Slovakian NCC), the participants will gain valuable insights and inspiration—while also having the opportunity to ask questions, share their own experiences, and contribute to a collaborative discussion.
During the session, we are going to offer structured insights and practical approaches on:
- how to build trust, ensure transparency, and apply participatory methods with the stakeholders
- how to manage and leverage NCCs effectively to connect different stakeholders
- how to apply actionable strategies by understanding how different governance models can foster collaboration.
This event is part of a cross-consortia learning exchange aimed at addressing current challenges in NCC development during the project period.
