On 6 May, from 10:30 to 11:30 CET, SEED2SCALE will host an interactive learning session focused on strengthening the development of sustainable business models for National Competence Centers (NCCs).
By bringing together both established and emerging NCCs, this session will foster peer learning and knowledge exchange on existing funding models, scalability challenges, and strategies for long-term sustainability.
The session will offer structured insights and practical approaches to:
- Gain insights from experienced NCCs on sustainable funding, scaling, and decision-making
- Understand existing revenue streams and explore funding opportunities beyond the projectβs duration
- Share ideas, challenges, and best practices in an interactive and collaborative space.
This event is part of a cross-consortia learning exchange aimed at addressing current challenges in NCC development during the project period.
