The Youth Association Novska (UMN) is a non-political and non-profit organization operating in the city of Novska since 2004. It was established with the aim of encouraging young people to actively participate in the community and improve the quality of life in Novska and the surrounding area. The Association focuses on actively involving young people in building a high-quality lifestyle through participation in various activities, with a special emphasis on sports, cultural, environmental, humanitarian, and educational programs.

The Youth Association Novska is the lead country coordinator for communication, aiming to enhance global visibility, promote awareness, and facilitate stakeholder engagement within the international community regarding social innovation and the SEED2SCALE project.
