The Development Agency of the City of Novska – NORA is established by the City of Novska to provide comprehensive support for the city’s development and entrepreneurship. The agency supports entrepreneurs, civil society organizations, agricultural holdings, educational and cultural institutions, and other city institutions. NORA provides consulting services, prepares documentation for various projects, applies for and implements them, and organizes various events. All these activities aim to network the economic, civil, and public sectors, contributing to the overall development of the local community.

NORA, in collaboration with Croatian partners, participates in the analysis of the regulatory and economic framework, as well as the political and social conditions of the social innovation and social economy ecosystem in Croatia. Based on this analysis, a framework will be created for establishing a national competence center in Croatia. Additionally, NORA is involved in other activities related to the transfer of knowledge and experience, as well as the promotion of the project.
