COTO - City of Torino
The City of Torino is the institution representing the community that lives in the municipal territory. The administration deals with the overall management of municipal assets and of public services. It promotes the civil, social and economic development of its territory, providing services of general interest. Since 2014 the City of Torino has developed a strong model of social innovation based on a solid local ecosystem. In 2024 Torino was awarded the prize of European Capital of Innovation.
The City of Torino is the coordinator of SEED2SCALE and Country Coordinator for the Italian partnership. It offers its experience in promoting policies supporting social innovation at local level.
